A social group and network for West London women

W4 Women is a group of local women who meet regularly to socialise, network, support each other and have fun. Our monthly meetings are held in the evening so that working women can join us, and our calendar of activities is varied.

We share information through an email group for all manner of issues such as local trades people and events.  We also hold a monthly book group.  

Formerly, known as the Chiswick Working Mother’s group, W4 Women was established in 1983 by a group of working women. Years later, we are still going strong and our programme continues to evolve to offer new, entertaining events every year.

Membership fees are £10 a year. This money funds our activities and speakers and a few glasses of fizz at our Christmas party. At each meeting, we collect £2 per person which is given to the host to cover the cost of refreshments.  

We also organise some events that need to be paid for e.g. theatre, wine tasting.
